All Physical damage must be reported within 48hrs of receiving item(s). Any RMA submitted for physical damage and not within the 48-hour period will not be approved.
If your RMA is approved, you will have 14 days to return defective unit. When the item(s) are received and verified, a replacement(s) or credit will be issued. If the items are not received within the 14-day period, a new RMA must be submitted and approved at the discretion of eNetwork Supply.
All items must be returned in the same condition received. Any alterations, tampering, or attempted repair will result in a rejected RMA and the item(s) will be returned, and no credit or replacement issued.
Any item(s) received with physical damage that was not reported will not be approved and the item(s) will be returned, and no credit or replacement issued.
