eNetworkSupply sells new, pre-owned, and refurbishedhardware (“Equipment”). All Equipment typically ships within 48 hours from receipt of Purchase Order. Orders can be expedited sooner if necessary for an additional charge if it’s available.
We take pride in our Equipment with the knowledge that it will be shipped ready to work.
We provide a limited warranty on all Equipment for a term that ranges between 90 days to five (5) years depending on the product. The Warranty Period begins on the date you first purchased the product.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the Equipment (“Buyer”).
During the Warranty Period, if you experience an equipment failure with your order, we will issue a RMA for you to ship the Equipment back to us. Once received, eNetwork Supply will replace any defective Equipment, or if it is unable to locate a suitable replacement, eNetwork Supply will repair the Equipment. If it is unable to do either, eNetwork Supply will refund the purchase price to the Buyer.
Notwithstanding the forgoing, the limited warranty listed above specifically EXCLUDES damage resulting from causes other than normal wear and tear including, without limitation: neglect, accident, alterations, improper use or misuse, failure of electrical power, improper installation, mishandling, air conditioning or humidity control, acts of God, including without limitation, lightning strikes or power surges. This Warranty is non-transferable and is valid from the date of the original purchase only.
Replacement equipment and repaired equipment will be shipped using our preferred carrier with freight prepaid by eNetwork Supply, excluding import duties, taxes, and fees where applicable.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN, ENETWORKSUPPLY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNEES FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY.
BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ENETWORKSUPPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST DATA OR LOST SOFTWARE. THE LIABILITY OF ENETWORKSUPPLY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH ENETWORKSUPPLY IS RESPONSIBLE.
SOME STATES, JURISDICTIONS OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price (the “Restocking Fee”) will be charged for all Equipment returned to eNetwork Supply during the Warranty Period that is deemed as working and operational upon eNetwork Supply’s receipt of returned equipment. The Restocking Fee will be in effect for the duration of the Warranty Period provided by us and will
also apply to purchase orders that are cancelled before the equipment is received or shipped. All RMAs will expire after 10 calendar days if not returned
